We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site at any time without notice for any reason. Upon termination, your account and content may be deleted.

8. Copyright Policy

LikeIt respects intellectual property rights and will remove infringing material upon proper notification. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or a similar provider). You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.

10. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LikeIt.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.
